About Wolf Valley

Wolf Valley Business Park is an award winning, thriving and productive working environment and home to many successful regional and local businesses. Set in the heart of the South West and just one minute from the A30 dual carriageway, we believe that this business park has the facilities and transport links to support you in reaching your future business goals and objectives.

The park is now in its tenth year and an established presence in the local area. The park was officially opened in 2007 by local MP Geoffrey Cox. Following three major phases of development the site is now the home to eleven businesses spread across 19,000 sq/ft of floor space. This is made up of high quality storage, distribution and office premises.

Our Awards

At the Royal Bath and West Show 2008, Wolf Valley Business Park won the prestigious Rural Business Award (sponsored by Natwest, the Farmers Guardian, RICS, RIBA and RTPI), with the award presented to owners John and Anne Worden by Princess Anne at the showground in Shepton Mallet.

This award was won amid fierce competition, receiving applicants from Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Bristol and Bath.

As one of the most prestigious awards within rural business in the South West, here at Wolf Valley we have aimed to build on this success and go from strength to strength in the future – providing you with the highest levels of service and quality premises.

We haven’t rested on our laurels though; as our tenants have grown we have grown in order to support and meet their business needs.

This has included the development of self storage units which allow not only our business park tenants but also those living, visiting and working in the area to enjoy the flexibility of self storage along with the ease of access and transport links to the Wolf Valley.
