Following phase one of the conversion of farm buildings into commercial letting units, phase two of construction was completed in 2007, with the park officially opened by local MP Geoffrey Cox on 20th April 2007. The park now offers approximately 16,000 sq/ft of floor space spread through 9 units, providing local businesses with high quality storage, distribution and office premises. This combined with our excellent transport links means that Wolf Valley Business Park is the place to meet all of your business objectives.
Offering local businesses high quality storage, distribution and office space

Wolf Valley Business Park is situated a quarter of a mile from an exit off the A30 dual carriageway, the main connecting road between Devon and Cornwall. This gives direct access to Exeter which is approximately 36 miles to the East. Exeter is well served by all major road and rail links to most UK cities. It also has an emerging international airport. To the South, Plymouth is approximately 24 miles and also provides excellent road and rail links. Sea links to North-West France and Northern Spain are also available.
